Tempus’ Timesheet is like a dashboard for all employees, offering them an overview of their planned activities and empowering them to adequately prepare for what’s to come. They can view allocations at the project or task level and record their time spent in hours or person days.
An intuitive interface for high user adoption rates
Quick and easy time tracking always translates to wide-ranging user adoption. With Tempus’ Timesheet, employees can easily enter their time spent on projects via Desktop or a mobile App. They can even use previously entered actuals as a template to save time and submit timesheets with one-click.
Actual times where they are most meaningful
Instead of only being able to view Planned vs. Actual times via reports, Tempus offers direct access to the reported actual times in all planning views and grids – where project managers can view actual values in the same unit as planned values.
Approval workflow for managers
Set up simple one-click approval workflows for managers via Tempus’ Timesheet. Once an employee completes their timesheet, the relevant resource manager and project manager(s) are notified, and they can either approve or query the tracked hours.
MS-Teams & E-Mail Notification
